Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?

No. We connect via the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You keep your number and your customers keep messaging you as usual.

Do I need to delete my WhatsApp account?

If your number is on the WhatsApp Business app, no: it keeps working alongside Jawabify. A number on personal WhatsApp can't be on both at once, so delete that account first or use a new number.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses go live in 10 to 30 minutes. Connect Meta, paste your business knowledge, import your catalogue, and the AI starts replying immediately.

Do I need a developer?

No. The entire setup is self-serve through the dashboard. If you'd like white-glove help, the Enterprise plan includes it.
